Search for available cars using your preferred location and dates, select a vehicle that suits you, and click "Book Now". You will need a verified account with a completed profile and Ghana Card to proceed to checkout.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by vendor. Details are shown on the car listing page before you book. To request a cancellation, go to My Bookings in your account dashboard and follow the prompts, or contact us for assistance.
In the rare event a vendor cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, Novigo will notify you immediately and help you find an alternative vehicle. A full refund will be issued if no suitable alternative is available.
You will need your Ghana Card (National ID) or valid passport, a valid driver's licence, and your Novigo booking confirmation. Some vendors may request an additional deposit — this will be stated on the listing.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and major debit/credit cards. Payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by vendor.
All vehicles listed on Novigo are required to carry valid insurance as mandated by Ghanaian law. We recommend confirming coverage details with your vendor before your rental begins. Novigo is not liable for incidents beyond the vendor's coverage.
