2. Make a Reservation
- Select Your Rental Period: Choose your pick-up and return dates — daily, weekly, or longer.
- Review Your Booking: Confirm the vehicle, rental period, vendor, and total cost before proceeding.
- Secure Payment: Complete your booking through our secure payment gateway powered by Paystack. We accept major debit and credit cards.

3. Pick Up Your Car
- Coordinate with Your Vendor: Your vendor will reach out to confirm pick-up details. Location and handover arrangements are agreed directly with the vendor.
- Present Valid ID & License: Bring a valid Ghana driver's license or international license and a valid national ID or passport.
- Vehicle Inspection: Walk around the vehicle with the vendor before driving off. Any pre-existing damage should be noted and agreed upon at this stage.
- Sign the Rental Agreement: You and the vendor will complete a rental agreement outlining the terms of the booking.
4. Enjoy Your Trip
- Drive with Confidence: Once you're set, the vehicle is yours for your rental period. Use it for business, leisure, or wherever the road takes you.
- Support When You Need It: If anything comes up during your rental, contact the vendor directly or reach Novigo support through the platform.
- Fuel Policy: Fuel arrangements are set by each vendor and will be communicated at pick-up. Return the vehicle in the agreed condition to avoid any additional charges.
5. Return the Car
- Return on Time: Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late returns may attract additional charges at the vendor's discretion.
- Final Inspection: The vendor will inspect the vehicle on return. Any damage not noted at pick-up may be charged accordingly.
- Booking Closure: Once the return is confirmed, your booking is closed. Any refunds or adjustments will be processed within the agreed timeframe.
